Is this just for lash extensions, or other beauty services too?+
Confrmd works for any appointment-based service. We've made this page lash-specific because it's our biggest beauty niche, but the same tool runs lifts, brows, microblading, facials, you name it.
What about deposits? Can I require one before booking?+
Deposits aren't part of Confrmd today — we focus on reminders and rebooking. If you need deposit collection, run a separate Stripe link or use your existing POS for that step. We'll add native deposits in a future release.
I work from home / a salon suite. Does that matter?+
Not at all. Home studios, salon suites, and shared spaces all work the same. You don't need a public storefront. Your booking link can show your area without revealing your address — clients get the exact location after they book.
Can clients reschedule themselves through the text?+
If they reply N or "cancel," the appointment marks as canceled in your dashboard and the slot reopens. They can then click your booking link to grab a new slot. We're working on inline reschedule via text — coming soon.
How long until reminders actually start landing?+
Setup is ~2 minutes. Add your business info, services, and price points. As soon as you add (or a client books) an appointment, the confirmation SMS fires within seconds. Reminders fire on schedule from there.
Will it work if my clients don't speak English well?+
You write your own templates, so you can write them in any language you want. The reply parsing (Y/N) currently handles English variations — we're adding Spanish detection next.
